surprisingly great stay
attentive staff quick check-in complimentary drinks
I found the staff to be very attentive. The check-in process was quick. i really liked the room upgrade i received. complimentary drinks during my meal were a plus.

average stay with some noise issues
thin walls slow buffet
the walls seemed thin i could hear conversations from other rooms quite clearly it was difficult to relax fully i also found the breakfast area crowded during peak hours it was hard to find a seat and the buffet replenishment was slow this caused some delays and frustration. the limited selection of gluten-free options was also disappointing i expected better considering modern dietary needs overall the hotel needs some work to meet expectations.

central location friendly staff breakfast variety dated room faulty air conditioning noticeable noise
The location is really convenient. I could easily walk to shops and restaurants. i also found the staff to be friendly upon arrival.. they were helpful with directions. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety.
The room felt a bit dated, and i noticed some wear and tear. also, the air conditioning was not working properly. The room felt stuffy. i found the noise levels from the street noticeable even on a higher floor.

Acceptable Stay with Definite Drawbacks
noisy fan inconvenient socket
The reception staff provided a lovely welcome.
The bathroom fan made an unbearable noise all night. I think I aged a decade. the lack of conveniently located power sockets was a minor annoyance. I had to unplug the lamp to charge my phone.

wonderful food and great staff
quality food excellent service
i really liked the breakfast buffet. the food seemed good quality. aarl, rahul and sal looked after us with their excellent restaurant services, so I am really grateful.
